Thank you for your interest in Pacoima Charter Elementary. We are currently accepting applications for the new Pre-k through 6th grade students for the 2019-2020 school year.

- Student Registration Form & Lunch Agreement
- Emergency Medical Treatment Release Form
- Technology Agreement
- Updated Immunization Record (records may be faxed to 818-899-6066)
- Birth Certificate
- Parent / Guardian I.D
- Utility Bill (If no bill other form required)
- Transfer from prior school
